Thank you for considering Cornerstone Building Certification for your certification needs. To lodge a quote with us, it is essential that you have all of the information outlined below, as this is required for your quote to be actioned and assessed.
Drafted plans
Correctly drafted plans help us identify exactly what building work you are looking to get approved. The key elements of these plans will be a dimensioned site plan showing your proposed setbacks, a floor plan showing the proposed works, and dimensioned elevations to show us the size and height of the building work.
We will use the information from these drafted plans to determine if you need a siting variation for boundary setbacks, a town planning application, or a build over infrastructure application where applicable.
Site details
We will need the property address, real property description (SP, RP, etc), and the description of the proposed works.
Applicant details
When lodging your quote we will need to be provided with your applicant information. This will include your name, email, phone number, and postal address.
This information will allow us to get in contact with you if we have any further questions.
Miscellaneous information (optional)
If you already have other documentation (such as engineering, survey plans, siting approvals, etc), feel free to lodge these as well. While these documents are not necessary for us to complete the quote, it’s always useful to have them on our file.
