Building code consulting

Our building code consulting service supports projects from the early design stage through to approval by assessing proposed designs against Queensland legislation and the National Construction Code. We work closely with architects, designers and consultants to identify compliance issues early, provide practical advice and assist in developing compliant solutions, helping to reduce delays, redesign and approval risks.

We provide independent building approval and certification services for commercial projects, managing the assessment, approval and inspection process from building approval through to occupation. This includes issuing development permits, undertaking mandatory inspections during construction and issuing the final certificate of occupancy to confirm the building is compliant, safe and approved for use.

Our existing building audits and due diligence services involve reviewing existing buildings to assess compliance with current or applicable building regulations.
